aadhar should be a digitally validating card with chip of about 256 k capacity or magnetic strip like ATM and once it inserted to the decoder it should automatically assess the details of the LPG and civil supplies. The civil supplies of the state also to be given the linkage with aadhar card. a big amount of corruption also can be put aside and subsequently the regularisation of the pricing also to be done. the pricing gap between two to be brought down. local bio gas to be implemented. regards

All hotels and eateries shd book only thru d Specific Dealers allotted to them for BIG cylinders and no official shd find d domestic cylinder in usage in any of these commercial units on sudden inspection. If found they shd be levied with high penalty n successive fault on them shd result in the cancellation of d license. Unless d govt is strict d deep rooted malpractices can not be removed from the society. Jai Swach Bharat!

Last year govt dropped Adhar liked system due public outcry but the Modi govt reintroduced same thing with superficial changes.I have given all the documents to bank and gas agent.now I have to again submit papers ! This govt is not friendly with consumers. It is very simple to implement the programme by collecting the bank account number by the gas agent during the time of gas delivery at home! Every thing will be simple!!!

We can reduce the use of LPG & KEROSENE with simple changes, for example (in village we use bio gus in place of LPG & kerosene ). if all the waste material which are dropped into dumping yard,we use it, for preparing gus for domestic use.
We can use our universities for making the project how to use waste in domestic uses. & all expenditure share with central & state Govt.(PPP model) and with students & local socialist.

Going forward, the only way to make the fuel needs sustainable is to promote biogas in rural and urban areas. This is going to reduce the burden of the Govt. to a great level. At our social enterprise SustainEarth (www.sustainearth.in), we are developing low-cost highly efficient biogas systems for both rural and urban areas and we urge the government to take note of this. We are ready to co-operate with govt at different levels to see that fuel independence is achieved.

instead of reducing diversion of kerosene, the best way is to replace kerosene usage by LPG cylinder & stove. Central Govt, can design a scheme in which every year 1 small 5 kg Cylinder & a stove can be issued freely to BPL card holders & govt can reduced that much amount of kerosene quota to that state. govt. every year target of 20% coverage of BPL families & by this way in 5 years, kerosene usage can be reduced to 0%. this is a one time investment & effectively implemented with state govt.

Sir
We can reduce/ optimum utilisation of LPG by
1. Encouraging Induction based kitchen ware. Pricing of these products are very hight. Government should compose less taxation.
2. We need to have Gas Pipeline for households and industrial kitchen. This will reduce theft, transportation, "barababu" comissions and so on.
3. Sir, we has so many cattle farms around the city. Why not we learn from our ancestors. Gobar Gas.

REDUCE THE KEROSENE SUPPLY TO PEOPLE WHO ARE HAVING ONLY ANTYODYA RATION CARDS ONLY. THESE RATION CARDS SHOULD BE PROPERLY EXAMINED ON ALL INDIA BASIS AND THOROUGHLY CHECKED ONCE IN A YEAR. AND THE IMPORTANT CYLINDERS WITH SMALL KGS SHOULD COME INTO PLAY SO THAT OTHER PEOPLE SHOULD ABLE TO GET IT FROM SHOPS LIKE 5-7KGS.

ON OF THE BEST WAY TO UTILIZE IS SCRAPPING THE CYLINDER SYSTEM FROM INDIA SLOWLY AND INSTALLATION OF GAS PIPELINES SHOULD BE MADE COMPULSORY IN ALL CITIES AT LEAST IN INDIA. THE CYLINDER SYSTEM IS STILL A PROBLEM AS STILL MANY FAKES CYLINDERS ARE BEING ISSUED AND A NEXUS IS RUNNING BETWEEN THE DEALERS AND OTHER PEOPLES. PEOPLE STILL HAVE DIFFERENT CYLINDERS ON DIFFERENT NAMES IN A HOUSE BUT STILL A COMMON KITCHEN. GAS PIPELINE WILL IDENTIFY AND WILL SUPPLY THE GAS ONLY AS PER THE KITCHEN.
