A huge amount of Govt. money is spent on subsidy of petroleum products. The Govt. had to spend Rs. 1,39,869 crore on account of subsidy on petroleum products in the year 2013-14. ...

A huge amount of Govt. money is spent on subsidy of petroleum products. The Govt. had to spend Rs. 1,39,869 crore on account of subsidy on petroleum products in the year 2013-14. As, the indigenous availability of crude Oil and LPG is limited, these are imported in huge quantities to fulfill the demand of the country.  As Govt. provides domestic LPG and PDS Kerosene on subsidised price, this results in huge subsidy burden on Govt. Due to presence of dual pricing(subsidized and non-subsidized) in LPG and SKO, there is a diversion of subsidized LPG and Kerosene into commercial usage. Although Govt. has taken several initiatives to reduce this diversion of subsidized LPG and PDS Kerosene, public participation is solicited to suggest ways for reducing diversion in LPG and PDS Kerosene.

You are invited to suggest ideas to reduce diversion and the subsidy burden on account of LPG and Kerosene.

For example 100 ltr of diesel for 50.50, next 10 ltr at 55.55, next 10ltr at 61.10 and so on. 3. Swiping the fuel card post every sale is would be must for every petrol pump. 4. If customer is sure he/she would need more than fixed amount of fuel he or she can pay nominal amount at the start of month say 5% and can get the quota increased, for example if the fixed amount is 100 ltr and if customer knows he would need 150 and if Diesel is at 50.50 per ltr he pays (100*50.50 + 50 *53.02=5050+2651.

Fuel Card-One card which can control usage of fuel, control our import; generate extra revenue, keep track on luxury vehicle usage thus putting a cost on luxury. More importantly this card would help in safeguarding our environment, promoting usage of public transport or pool in of resources. 1. Fix amount of fuel (diesel/petrol/CNG) per month. 2. If you cross your fix amount of fuel, you pay 10% more on your next 10 ltr, and subsequent 10% price increase thereafter for every 10 ltr.

Increase the availability of non-subsidy LPG. Launch 2kg, 5kg gas cylinder and allow it sale at kirana shop. If it will be available like bread then lot of people will prefer non-subsidy cylender and it will stop black sale of gas.

Dear Sir, transfer subsidy in bank account and let people pay it on market rate. then you have bank account of person using LPG. now put a cap in bank account that, if annually Rs.6,00,000 or monthly Rs.50,000 credit is coming in this account, then subsidy will not be given to that person. again put a cap on pan card that if a person ITR income is aboev Rs.6,00,000, then subsidy will not be given, then put a cap on family income if its above Rs.6,00,000 then subsidy will not be given. TO REDUCE A CONSUMPTION OF KEROSENE & LPG GAS, WE MUST TO USE SMOKE FREE BIO MASS STOVE WHICH IS VERY EASILY AVAILABLE, MUST TO USE ALL HOTEL, WHEN BULK COCKING IS NEED, WE CAN INSTALL A SMOKE FREE STOVE & ENJOY CHEAPEST ENERGY COMPARE TO LPG & KEROSENE ..... NOW DAY ALL HOTEL, DHABAS AT HIGHWAY USING LPG GAS IF THEY CONVERT INTO SMOKE FREE STOV E THEN WE REDUCE OUR GAS CONSUMPTION........

for diversion of k.oil to other use firstly we have to change the color so it cant be mixed and secondly( if Branded mineral water/cold drinks in various sizes can be marketed on all india basis then why we not start the packs of 1,2 or 5 ltrs of k. oil on some moderate rates (at a time not hike the price but it can be on regular basis) because at this point not more then 30-40% is getting it on subsidised rate,so let us start it on trial basis.

Availability of 5 kg gas cylinder direct buy should be increased and Many people like me live outsite their home town for job.They are buying cylinder in black at cost rs 900 and more.

Discreet Personal Checking. Can the hon'ble Minister personally go to places and check. Keep one day per month for this. Make a specimen out of the defaulters. Everybody will fall in line. Will take the sheen off the AAP trademark style of functioning. Effective.
