A huge amount of Govt. money is spent on subsidy of petroleum products. The Govt. had to spend Rs. 1,39,869 crore on account of subsidy on petroleum products in the year 2013-14. As, the indigenous availability of crude Oil and LPG is limited, these are imported in huge quantities to fulfill the demand of the country. As Govt. provides domestic LPG and PDS Kerosene on subsidised price, this results in huge subsidy burden on Govt. Due to presence of dual pricing(subsidized and non-subsidized) in LPG and SKO, there is a diversion of subsidized LPG and Kerosene into commercial usage. Although Govt. has taken several initiatives to reduce this diversion of subsidized LPG and PDS Kerosene, public participation is solicited to suggest ways for reducing diversion in LPG and PDS Kerosene.

You are invited to suggest ideas to reduce diversion and the subsidy burden on account of LPG and Kerosene.

I have conceptualized a Process and Product to ensure corruption free Dual Pricing of Diesel at all petrol pumps for which Government of India should take active interest as implementation of the same can help the nation save at least a Lakh CRORE Rupees every year. The same concept can be applied to the LPG/Kerosene issue to ensure corruption free dual pricing to benefit the right people and not the wrong people. There is a patent pending for this concept.

As an Indian we are paying huge tax where ever we go.The pain part is that the tax are not properly used . 1. Why we need to pay toll gate . 2. Why we need pay the full amount for the domestic gas . 3. Why a minster need to adopt a village or town rather than his/her R&R is to develop all . 4. Why a minster has to be paid huge and he has lot of benefit. 5.Why a government employee should get benefit, for eg if he i a railway employee he can book 1 class ac.

All Universities, hospitals, army area, Government offices, parking, divider, highways, bus stop, railway station, bridge's, parks, forest fence, school's , college's, apartments, malls,dams, every roof of country, even on bus trains all kind of public transport should be installing solar or other forms of clean energy. We need to set an example for generations to come. And this is possible because we will be superpower one day! Must to do. Use LIC 5% money in solar panels for every roof.

I have since submitted idea, a patented concept to reduce import of crude oil itself. Patent 1086/MUM/2012, WO 2012164848 A2 provides way to eliminate use of fuel for running millions of vehicles, reduce pollution and to reduce road-rail accidents. On execution of the concept, country will not need to import crude oil & indigenous production will suffice.

गैस सब्सिडी को कम करने के लिए हमे इस योजना को सीमित करना होगा जैसे की 10 लाख से अधिक आय वाले लोगो को सब्सिडी खत्म कर देनी चाहिए। बिना सब्सिडी का सिलिंडर लेने पर 10 लाख से कम आये वाले लोगो को आय कर में कुछ छूट का प्रावधान किया जा सकता है। सभी राशन कार्ड(BPL छोड कर) पर केरोसिन की सुबिधा बंद कर देनी चाहिए। 5 kg सिलिंडर को रिफिल की सुबिधा गैस एजेंसी द्वारा देनी चाहिए । खुले मार्किट में 5 kg सिलिंडर की बिक्री पर पूर्ण रोक लगनी चाहिए।क्योकि सबसे अधिक ब्लैक मार्केटिंग इसकी रिफिलिंग में ही होती है

subsidies on 12 cyl is not realistic. These days hardly we find joint families and also the policies of the government in the past have been to break joint families es. As such more independent LPG consumers have added. These small families do not have a need to have 12 cyl in a year. And therefore diversion of LPG subsidietakes place. I mean the the number of Lpg subsidiesed cyl are need to be need to be changed. The maximum number of cyl need to be reduced to 10 and thereafter to 9, 8,7 and fi

Dear Sir, Kindly make some pro-rata based subsidy as per the annual uses of customer. like this year 8 cylinders been taken by mr.x then the very next year price is to allocated 1% ~2% less than the existing subsidy of current year. All calculation is to be done like bank interest benefit basis.

The bst way of eliminating black market is doing the same policy as like black market. Govt is also requested to sell 5 kg cylinder at retail competitive price. gas filling stations is to be placed like petrol pump or in existing petrol pump;allocate some 100 kg of gas containers for loose distribution as per customer demand.

Modiji Approval of building plans for multistoreyed flat and buildings will be given only by including bio gas plant. Giving attractive offers to those who reduces their subsidized cylinders.In almost all hotels, lodges etc. subsidized cylinders are utilizing. Please take steps to control this too. Take measures to check whether the subsidized kerosene and LPG were reaching to the eligible ones.
