A huge amount of Govt. money is spent on subsidy of petroleum products. The Govt. had to spend Rs. 1,39,869 crore on account of subsidy on petroleum products in the year 2013-14. As, the indigenous availability of crude Oil and LPG is limited, these are imported in huge quantities to fulfill the demand of the country. As Govt. provides domestic LPG and PDS Kerosene on subsidised price, this results in huge subsidy burden on Govt. Due to presence of dual pricing(subsidized and non-subsidized) in LPG and SKO, there is a diversion of subsidized LPG and Kerosene into commercial usage. Although Govt. has taken several initiatives to reduce this diversion of subsidized LPG and PDS Kerosene, public participation is solicited to suggest ways for reducing diversion in LPG and PDS Kerosene.

You are invited to suggest ideas to reduce diversion and the subsidy burden on account of LPG and Kerosene.

mdbtl as started is the best process because people have fake ids ,add proofs but do not not have fake bank accounts .there should be also direct benefit transfer in pds kerosene but it could be done through atm cards as consumer pay the amount through atm card at ration shop through pos machine and same time he will get the subsidy in a/c and the amount of subsidy should be shown in his aadhar card details /aadhar a/c .that he has already linked with the bank a/c.

Direct credit of subsidy can only help, we get cost as per market will help. sharing a plan on to improve direct credit and help in such challenges - http://stopblackmoney.blogspot.in/2014/11/free-of-black-money-and-fake-notes.html

If india support ISIS ( sunni muslim group of Iran ), We can solve many problems in india. Like, we can get faith of majority muslim youth of sunni muslim in india, which will call as religious harmony. Shia & other muslim group will automatically deleted in india. Also, we can get crud oil in chipper cost from sunni foregn groups.

firstly we search real bpl . nd right calculation of income , one tax syestam , tranparent calculation of earaning, saveing property . and india use IT and genrate one unique biomatric card which have full details of tat humen being , case details, vichel registration , property , income , tax details

Lpg diversion is already reduced by online booking and it is good. For kerosine we must remove subsidy on prise of kerosine and let the prise be market decided and transfer subsidy to customers directly as cash in their account. This will reduce its diversion or atleast subsidy amkunt willnot be wasted for profit of other rich people.

SAVE OUR VILLAGES--GIVE INCENTIVE TO THE FARMERS --HAVING BULLOCK CART+ HORSE CART+ USING DRAFT ANIMALS IN AGRICULTURAL-THEY ARE SAVING --FOREIGN CURRENCY+ GETTING EMPLOYMENT ------ GIVE Rs 800 PER MONTH TO SUCH FARMERS & DIVERT FUNDS OF MANREGA TO THESE FARMERS

the misuse of LPG & kerosene should be stop by dealer and agency. as they books the LPG in the name of consumer but same is not delivered and sold in black market.
