Every village should follow rain water harvesting method in proper manner i.e. Lake or Pond in top of the Agriculture Area and Village Member(leader) should unite the people and explain them benefits of saving rain water and how they can use the water for Agriculture. The leader should give the responsibility to different person and our Govt should support in this. Using this method we can do farming in summer season also.

In rural India there are so many useless,abandoned pond .For example, Anjana River of Krishnagar,Nadia is almost dead .Once it was fully utilized .Can't we revive it once again ?

URBAN RAIN WATER FLOODING - Low cost, eco-friendly and very effective idea. Rain water can be directly sent to underground with minimal and coarse filtering to remove soil sediments, dust etc. By drilling bore wells specially designed for the above purpose at flood prone sites and providing some filtering cover along with regular maintenance by corresponding municipal corporations, we can completely mitigate the rain water flooding and also increase the depleting water tables of our metropolis

We should ban submersible pumps for domestic use. There must be penalty for it. We have to recharge and maintain a certain level of water table under the ground and we have a plenty of water on the ground.

Indian TV news should not show any footage of Indian Army firing Rockets or any offensive because that becomes very obvious plus a materialistic proof for the Pakistanis that Indians are also creating ruckus on Pakistani soil,International community like UN does not believe in 'who just start the fire'Let the Indian army do what they are suppose to do.TV should not show at all any sought of footage where Indian army going around firing blindly on shooting Rockets on the Pakistanis.
