In some villages there is no drainage facility in place of that every home maintains small small wells which are filled with sand and stones, these are used for drainage.by using this process all wastage water will be filtered and recycled.so why we use this in improving ground water levels?by cinveying rainwater and drainage water into these type of wells that will do helpful in increasing of ground water resources.

Watershed management project were a hype some 10 years ago and several NGOs seemed to be engaged in this. But this has slowed down because of two reasons. First there is absence of scientifically researched guidelines for the survey and construction of structures and secondly sustainability of the project. The task doesnot finish by only creating the water retention and soil conservation structures, it has to be managed and maintained also. The ownership shall be defined with Capacity Building.

In Watershed Management community make more it power full by change their mind. They used their house roof water in a local area or individual place. If a house hold want regular his water/electricity/gas connection etc than he bounded that he store the rain water in her house/local area. In villages a very good idea that many well are blank of water/dry they can be used for Watershed Management. If govt effort about use of dry well it is more power full tool for Watershed Management.

A Balance between Flood and Drought Current Problems:-There are so many facts and figure which shows that the climatic changes in India are the major cause of our economic imbalance. At the same time, in one place we find flood and at other corner of the country we find severe drought. Solution:- find the link: https://sites.google.com/site/udaypandeytechnomanager/green-india • A cheap water resource for each and every farmer of their own. • Top soil conservation to retain fertility.

Watershed management is possible and community will participate when initially they feel any profit. For example when fish from pond etc are available on concession rate to sale in market by locals, villagers as compared to contractors hired by govt. department then community will ensure its participation. It means govt. has to stop thinking to get revenue for itself first and therefore plan their scheme with people benefit point of view. Let people get financial benefit first Second any reforestation should be done, not by commercial trees but fruit, herbal trees so that community could think for long term benefit. Further we have to prepare short film on plantation, reforestation, and soil conservation in each Indian language and should be shown to villagers to make them mentally prepared.
