rainwater harvesting should be mandatory in residential all cities, towns to recharge ground water. Water recycling plants should be set up to reuse drain water for non drinking/cooking purposes. people should be charged for use of water in cities just like electricity. Forcing people to be individually accountable for the use of water is the only way to conserve water.

Possession of unauthorized agents on the railway reservation counters can be eliminated by installing cameras and thumb impression machine at booking windows. Photo of the person taking ticket should be taken at the window and printed on the ticket. TTE should ensure through the photo Identity card personal appearance and thumb impression that the person whose photo is on ticket is really traveling. Senior citizens can be exempted from this system.

Dear Primeminister I think Rain water harvesting should be made compulsory in area where ground water level is below normal. Equipments with easy installations should be introduced in the market regarding rain water harvesting. Government can provide schemes like less tax should be charged from people who practice rain water harvesting. rain water harvesting can solve our many problem of water shortage in the cities and it should be given serious thought.

Dear Modi ji, there is an age limit (retirement age) for most of the govt employee in India. why there is no retirement age limit for political posts(mla,mp,pm,governor, president etc) and also in judiciary. if we really need a young developed India we should look over this thing seriously else nothing is going to change in India...

It has been seen that anybody can go for "Boring" system for domestic water use or for commercial purpose. Presently there is no binding or rule to get NOC from PHED or Municipality or UIT , whatsoever local administration body. It should be totally banned . People are misusing it and ground water level is going downwards. There must be minimum Rs. 1 lac fee chargeable for domestic and Rs. 10 lac for commercial , so that nobody take it for granted.

There has been no change in Indian Railway accept IRCTC. We can not book ticket easily without help of DALAAL. Rail Minister sits just few kms. away from Delhi Railway Station and Dalaals are active openly, they dont fear from anyone either RPF or staff. IRCTC shows all tickets are booked but still you can get ticket from a Dalaal even on the traveling date at Delhi Station. This is situation of Railway Station of the capital of India then situation can be imagined at other parts of India.

Ram Ram ji, agar hamare desh ke mbbs doctor mahine m sirf ek din desh ke rural or slum area me jakar garib logo or rural area ke kisano ko muft upchar de to hmare desh m kahi par bhi doctor ki kami nhi rahegi. M doctoro se kehna chahunga ke wo apne month ka bs ek kimti din hmare garibo or kisano ko de taki unhe city m ane ki jarurt na pade.esse wo suruat me hi bimario se lad sakte h. Or m apne PM Sahab se bhi request karunga ke wo ese ek muhim bnakar doctoro se apeal kare or or eske liye alag se ek rule bnae. Or m ye bhi kehna chahuna ke slum area ke prathmik upchar kendra ke staff nd village ki panchayat esne hmare doctor ki madad kere. Agar sabhi doctor mahine me ek ek din karke esi service denge to hmare desh m koi esi jagah nhi bachegi jha par sal ke 365 din doctor present na rha. Vande matram jai hind.
