sir, to increase a ground water table need to provide a open spaces for that area , as per the city planning rule at lest 10% land for open spaces required. but due to failure of planning these problems occurs, also one more suggestion is to make a new rule to avoid " less use of Pavement Blocks "which makes a impermeable cover on ground and make water stand on road.

Namsakra Modiavare, I have spent lot of time on road in traffic jams. One of the primary reason for traffic jams is that lack of driving sense of the vehicle drivers. My suggestion is while issuing the license instead of just checking on the driving skills of a persons, we need to have few real life traffic conditions and assess the person on his response to such situations, before handing him the license. Along with the change in violation fees, I expect change in assessment as well.

namaste, sir i want to suggest that there must be a compulsory rainwater storing reservoir over every building of cities like mumbai,kolkata n even delhi where improper managment cause floodlike condition during rain still they face scarcity of water. you can give some tax relaxton to encourage this.
