Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana I am glad to know that our PM is serious about development of villages. Being a part of village whenever I see the hardship of men and women face everyday in their life whether its for earning their bread and butter or just for betterment of living their life. When I see pain and sadness on their face somewhere in my heart a voice comes where they can go for their complain? Improper transport facilities, lack of electricity, water, less money, small hut shows pain.

Dear Modiji, I work for a GoI science & research organization. However, I see is a dearth of scientific thinking/temper. Victimization of young/entusiatic scientists is a norm. They are supervised by seniors who are corrupt and unethical. They tend to push the younger lot also towards the same. If anybody tries to resist, then he/she has to suffer at the hands of scientists/management alike. The young and dynamic minds are under threat (need help, can provide specific detials if required).

Even the politicians, the MPs, MLAs, local body members, have to be trained to reorient thier thinking to work for the development of the soiciety. Development of society, and increasing the size of teh economy helps them to see the growth for all. The top level officers and beaurocrats, should be trained to think positively. Sugggest of thinking of training more people. There is a saying, Change othe mind of the people, the people change. Change by training. with you all the best.

Dear Modi ji, We have to overcome a mental thinking that the government is safeguarding teh country from the public. The government is not there if the public is not there. The government has to work for the people. The government employees need to have reoriented thinking of serving the people by doing their best. We need to bring in a large scale training programmes, in this direction.

File clearance scheme: All departmnets shall clear all the files within a specified time period. For the first time it should be done once, and shall be reapeated every month. Unfortunately, Government departmnets do not have any responsibility of time frame to clear the files. GOI may introduce a system, so that it can be slowlly extended to state governments, and all govt employees, should feel that they are accountable to reply, and dispose off the files.
