भारतीय विद्यार्थियो मे क्षमता को तरासना होगा आधुनिकता युक्त शिक्षा व समान प्रणाली तैयार करनी होगी विश्वगुरू बनने का स्वप्न जगाना है जिसके लिये विश्वास जगाने की जरूरत है द्रोणाचार्य बनी शिक्षा प्रणाली बंद करनी होगी एक समान स्वच्छ शिक्षा प्रणाली बनाई जाय विश्वगुरू बनने का लक्ष्य दिखाना होगा जब हमारे बच्चो मे अमेरिका से आगे निकलने का जनून पैदा होगा तो हम सफल होगे

For the improvement of quality education we have to eradicate the mug up education ,so as to face the upcoming challenges in technologies.

More Participation of faculty as a visiting professors within states or other state universities . There should mutual understanding between them inorder to share innovative ideas and technologies.

In the new list of university ranking not a single Indian university was able to retain place in top 200 universities.We have good teachers but we lack policy.we are focusing on quantity and not on quality.We have more technical people but quality is worst.In India here is no scope for research.There is no coordination for M-tech admission in IIT's.PSU result declares late every year and many students due to this leave colleges in mid year.So 50% seats remain vacant each year

there should be atleast one govt college in every district.

Govt should increase govt colleges,reasons are: 1. private college fees are high in engineering-1 lakh to 3 lakh per anumn whereas in govt college max 1 lakh, in medical colleges it exceeds what a common service man can pay. 2. teachers in govt colleges are selected after certain tests which ensures quality teaching whereas in most of the private colleges a teacher who takes least salary is given the job which in many cases ensures average or poor quality teaching.

Let us understand where is Value added in Education- Its where Student and Teacher interact; What is the incentive for teacher to exceed expectations and punishment for faltering? At present not much. Solution- Link the salary and bonus of a lecturer to employ ability and level of placement of student;
