Honourable sir. since last couple of years there are many changes occurs in education ....but ...i think that are not enough and it is like follow someone.....we must make our new policy ....for 2050

Change can happen only with intent. Appoint VCs and Registrars based on merit. Merit, defined not by academic qualification or academic experience but by past demonstration of vision turned to reality; individual aligned to the modern gen x / y. I work in this sector and have met numerous heads who have found their way there because of brilliant academic scores, past academic job held etc. Academicians don't necessarily make good administrators.

I have some friends learning in NITs and IITs who say the place of residence that is the hostels there are not well maintained at all, and that the food is terrible. I would love it if the Government would focus on improving facilities there, side by side with education.

Set the syllabus and curriculum of every engineering and medical college and university of this country same as the one that is taught and followed in IITs, NITs, AIIMS and other premier learning institutions of India. It would really help the students to focus only on the subjects that are relevant to their chosen subjects. There are many trash subjects that are being taught in state universities and in the colleges under them. Remove them so that a student can focus only on the core subject.

IITs and NITs are the premier national engineering institutions. Why? Because of their faculty, infrastructure, culture, facilities, syllabus, curriculum etc. But, I wonder, why not other central and state engineering institutions ( universities and colleges under them, public or private ) follow the same syllabus and curriculum of the IITs and NITs? Would it not be better if all the students in the country study the same curriculum, syllabus and books which are set by the top IITs and NITs?

One can either love or compete because lovingness is freedom and competitiveness is bondage. Everyone is unique in some way but we still try to compete and enter into deep depression. No need to compete just try to be creative and collaborative. However our current education does consider ranking and indulge competition.

We are ONE - Teamwork Our education doesn't teach anything about idea and power of team. A flower looks so beautiful because all petals are together.

Communication Skill – There is nothing to do with any language here, but communication skill is art which actually helps one to communicate his thoughts/ideas to other person successfully. Indian people are really lacking of good communication skill and because of this, we are seeing indefinite debates on all topics and nobody is able to reach any conclusion. Totally waste of time.

Education must include following 5 aspects: 1. Informative 2. Science 3. Art Of Living 4. Creativity 5. Meditation
