Give Universities complete autonomy, allow them to develop the curriculum that they want to based on discussions with academia and industry. The government has no business telling Universities how to frame their courses

Firstly, keep politics out of education. Politicians have nothing to do in education other than framing policies. Do a good policy and get out of its administration. Until you are ready to do this, no matter what you do...it is just sugar coating the bitter pill that government delivery of services stinks Get local education boards for every village, town & city, these boards should have local intelligentsia and parents on the board and should have both responsibility and authority to deliver

As we talk about the child labor, we feel it is very worse thing one do, but ever we think about the child who is working at this small age at a small tea stall, or a dhaba or as a house hold worker. he just want to earn some extra income for his family. or want to help his family to live a little better life. I want to suggest one thing if we can join hands to educate these children during evening hours, it will provide them a better life without disturbing their daily routine.

The syllabus and courses of all universities are unified first in states. All universities are linked to a central university which control all. Questions should be prepared by the central university, certificates are issued by state. Senate system should be abolished as education should be free from political interference. Selection process should be transparent as per the state government rules.

India needs diversity in its education. Even today most of the colleges teach subjects under the same curriculum. The absence of diversity produces huge no of students with similar skill set which becomes problem for employment. Diversified and specialized education will help the industry to pick right candidates easily. Interdisciplinary courses should emerge in a big way, although in IIT's it is being practiced now, it has to percolate to all institutions,

The biggest problem for our state public universities have are providing infrastructure and exposure to the students of tier II and III cities. While the state universities in metros keep the pace of development, small universities struggle for the same. Central universities raise fund through Alumni programs and focused funding from central gov while state univ's still depend on state's funds. Universities should engage in those activities and the students would be more than willing to donate.
