The India Newborn Action Plan (INAP) was launched by Hon’ble Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Harsh Vardhan on 18th September, 2014 in New Delhi. It outlines a targeted strategy for accelerating the reduction of preventable newborn deaths and stillbirths in the country. INAP defines the latest evidence on effective interventions which will not only help in reducing the burden of stillbirths and neonatal mortality, but also maternal deaths. With clearly marked timelines for implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and scaling-up of proposed interventions, it is expected that all stakeholders working towards improving newborn health in India will stridently work towards attainment of the goals of “Single Digit NMR by 2030” and “Single Digit SBR by 2030.”The INAP will be implemented within the existing RMNCH+A framework, and guided by the principles of Integration, Equity, Gender, Quality of Care, Convergence, Accountability, and Partnerships. Its strength is built on its six pillars of intervention packages, impacting stillbirths and newborn health. For effective implementation, a systematic plan for monitoring and evaluation has been developed with a list of dashboard indicators.

i have a suggestion if you can forward this message to other sport authorities. During Indian premier league, hockey league and now football league or any sports league - if they include at least 1 or 2 female players in the franchise teams, it will be good for country's women's teams and they will also learn lot of new things and that will make our women's teams more strong in every sport.and the leagues will be more exciting. please consider this request. regards jignesh

For second line health care professional rules must be strike enough like medical writing of patients, his analysis and conclusions abt diseases. Their should be common data center and professional should update it on daily basis abt patients. Responsibility of these professional also should be abt preventing health care also. I am confident by this method we can improve health aspect of country drastically. If suggestions are accepted pls let me know i can provide detail PPT on this.

Today problems in health system exist because there is no second line in the health care system. Every thing depends on MD-MBBS. From OPD to operation everything done by doctors only. For example is there is small crime it taken care by hawaldar and if there is big problem it taken care by forces or army. Same principles should be apply for health care. We should design a capsule corse for para medical and pharma students who can work as cushion between doctor and patience. Will describe furthe
