The India Newborn Action Plan (INAP) was launched by Hon’ble Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Harsh Vardhan on 18th September, 2014 in New Delhi. It outlines a targeted strategy for accelerating the reduction of preventable newborn deaths and stillbirths in the country. INAP defines the latest evidence on effective interventions which will not only help in reducing the burden of stillbirths and neonatal mortality, but also maternal deaths. With clearly marked timelines for implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and scaling-up of proposed interventions, it is expected that all stakeholders working towards improving newborn health in India will stridently work towards attainment of the goals of “Single Digit NMR by 2030” and “Single Digit SBR by 2030.”The INAP will be implemented within the existing RMNCH+A framework, and guided by the principles of Integration, Equity, Gender, Quality of Care, Convergence, Accountability, and Partnerships. Its strength is built on its six pillars of intervention packages, impacting stillbirths and newborn health. For effective implementation, a systematic plan for monitoring and evaluation has been developed with a list of dashboard indicators.

Sir, I think it is the time to reconsider the Income tax section 24B for those who are booking / purchasing under construction property (flats). As per sec 24B, in case of Home loan if the property’s construction is not completed within 3 years from the end of financial year in which the loan was taken, the interest benefit in this case would be reduced from 2 Lakhs to Rs 30 thousand only. In India most of the housing projects are not being completed in time & as a result property (Mainly flat)

ये जो सरकार ने mygov.in का सुझावों के लिए portal बनाया है, जिसमे लिखने वाला केवल 500 character ही लिख सकता है, जो नाकाफी है, इसमें लिखने वाला अपने विचार समुचित ढंग से व्यक्त नहीं कर पता है, इसके characters बढ़ाये जाएँ so that one can express his views properly.

Healthy mind is created by cleaning of mind on regular basis. We are adding new things to the mind with development in different areas of life but not deleting obsolete things, e,g., Goverdhan Puja or Pitra Urpan at Gaya(Bihar) by North Indian Hindus, Nirwan Laddu by Jains on Diwali, Social and religious processions on roads despite traffic congestion and road accidents. There is nothing wrong doing obsolete things but it creates mental tension when in conflict with new things. Get educated.

I have been to Sathya Sai Baba hospital and have given my voluntary service from time to time. As I was qualified in India and as I have PIO visa I have no issues but there may be other doctors who may wish to render voluntary services qualified outside India have difficulty as they need working visa which may cause them inconvenience so though they wish to serve without financial gain. Can this be improved in any way. There be many NRI and others who may be in this position.
