Every year Indians are talking of Dream Budget and the result becomes pale, drab, dull and no vibe like outcome. BJP can really come out with a dream budget that satisfy in practical terms the need for ensuring inclusive and comprehensive growth that respect the ecosystem. When water is available everything is possible. Therefore this Budget must give priority to ensure availability of water for drinking and irrigation by funding the most creative plans that ensure sustainable watershed.

Even for admission into selected colleges, there is "cut-off" percentage. Anyone below that is conveniently denied admission. Why deny opportunities to them? Is a person with 92% marks incapable of completing a course than the one with 95% marks? What about those with 85% marks, why should they be rejected admission to a college of their choice? This discrimination must stop. Opportunity to study must not be denied based on marks or grades.

The enormous pressure on students to clear these exams have psychological effects. Is there any counselling? It's a rate race out there and survival of the fittest is the rule.

Competitive exams for professional courses are useful but have flip sides too. Students or their parents end up concentrating only on passing & securing scores. Nobody is bothered about acquiring knowledge & skill. How to put the education to best use is an area where we are lagging behind. Parents have to shell more money to send their children for coaching classes to be competitive. This expense is in addition to the regular cost of education. Those in middle/lower class can't afford.

On a lighter note, I would say - be the Rancho of '3 idiots' movie and not Chatur. Don't be bothered about what others are doing , be concerned with your own progress! Be someone who loves to gain knowledge like Rancho
