Many teacher's lack the ability to impart. Teachers are sure that students will not complain as teachers get a lot of say in the present day assessment system. There should be a method for students to assess the teacher's performance and the teacher's future should also depend upon the assessment by students.

Technically block access to porn sites even thro mobiles. Girls and boys are equally guilty in watching and reading porn. They are full of incestuous relationships etc. The same results in a cultural invasion of India. It is the culture that suffers. Even teacher student relationships are going bad. Even stories of girls seducing boys are plenty. PLEASE BLOCK ALL PORN SITES AND PORN DATA IN OTHER SITES. HAVE A NATIONAL CONTROLLING CENTRE. PROSECUTION IS NO ANSWER. TECHNICALLY BLOCK THEM

Introduce a national cadre commission. It shall conduct admission to various educational & professional courses across country in public and private institutions. This cadre will not carry any reservation but will run only on merit lines both for edu. institutions and employment. All institutes will be free to chose admissions based on reservation lines or opt for non reservation national service cadre, as they wish.As regards employment employers will be free to opt for candidates from both.

Make all engineering & technical Diploma courses 11+3. Like non professional degree. The professional diploma students are skill rich and hence more beneficial and wisdom efficient hence for all UPSC conducted examinations should be considered at par with BA, BSc, etc. This will inject more resut oriented people in administration.

I am an OCI appearing for my medical entrance this year. Since the government has reserved so many seats for backward communities is it not possible to reserve some seats for NRI/OCI in all government colleges? This would facilitate our chance of studying in a reputed government college.
