iN iNDIA, SURVEY AND SEARCH OPERATIONS ARE CONDUCTED ON PERSONS WHO ARE PAYING INCOME TAX. NO ACTION IS TAKEN ON THE PERSONS WHO ARE LIABLE TO PAY INCOME TAX BUT ARE NOT PAYING. DUE TO THIS THE TAXPAYERS WHO ARE HONEST IN PAYING TAX FEEL THAT THEY ARE GETTING STEP MOTHERLY TREATMENT. A MASSIVE DRIVE NEEDS TO BE INITIATED TO BRING INTO THE TAX NET WHO ARE NOT PAYING INCOME TAX. THIS CAN ALSO BE A TOOL TO UNEARTH BLACK MONEY WITHIN iNDIA.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, बहुत से दुकानदार/ व्यापारी ऐसे है जो कि किसी वस्तु कि खरीदी पर पक्की रसीद नहीं देते है और बहुत से ग्राहक पक्की रसीद कि माग भी नहीं करते है इस तरह से सेल्स टॅक्स कि चोरी होती है और वो सरकार तक नहीं पहुच पाता है ! यदि ४०० रुपये से ज्यादा कि खरीददारी पर डिजिटल भुगतान अनिवार्य कर दिया जाय तो दुकानदार टॅक्स कि चोरी नहीं कर पायेगें ! ऐसा करने से रुपये का चलन कम भी होगा और लोग डिजिटल भुगतान क़ी तरफ ज्यादा उन्मुख होगे जिससे क़ी जाली नोटो पर सरलता से नियंत्रण किया जा सकेगा !

Mr. PM i want to inform you that many Khadi gramodyog owners are availing subsidies & income from govt without doing khadi business. I live in karnal, there are many khadi shops which have been closed for 10-15 yrs. But their owners in rural/town areas still availing subsidies approx 25 lakh/yr from govt on the name of khadi business. They present FARZI BILLS to govt. officials. you should demolish the khadi gramodyog centres as these are unnecessary expenditures on govt (in haryana). JAI HIND

Recovering Higher Education Cost: Higher Education is becoming costly but in the indian system of higher education in universities and government institutions very nominal fee is charged from all. There is a need to rationalise the fee structure. Subsidy in the fee should be given only to those whose annual income is Rs. 500000/- or less and all others should be charged full fee on the basis of actual cost. This will pave the way for the development of governmental institutions and provide fund

I think subsidies has to be rationalized in a way that those who can afford to pay should not be given any subsidy. LPG cylinder subsidy should not be given to those who file their return showing income of Rs. 1000000/- per annum. They are in a position to pay and should be recovered full cost of cylinder. Those having less than Rs. 500000/- as annual income should be given 12 cylinder with subsidy and those having more than five lakh but less than 1000000/- income should be given 9 cylinders.

I feel strongly that LPG subsidy should be credited in one's account and no. of cylinders should be reduced to 9 from 12. This will greatly help diversion of this subsidised LPG & our precious limited resources. Raising of 9 to 12 was a purely cheap populist move, which didn't fetch any votes.

Ban the participatory note at the earliest

Cont. of my previous post: 4. Corruption in forms should be avoided. Strict laws against corruption should be imposed. 5. A safer and cleaner environment should be provided to our citizens. A fine should be imposed for people who liter public places. For this proper dustbins and public toilets to be provided at every nook and corner of the country. These should maintained properly by the municipalities/panchayats.
