A team of volunteers or party workers or govt. interns can be constituted and can be provided certain assets who can carry out awareness drives for bringing a change in the mentality and behaviour of general public so that they don't dump solid waste in drainage , don't dump any type waste in the river and making them aware of its consequences by showing some videos, slide shows or pictures. Special attention towards small school going children who can catch these simple things and avoid litter.
