there should be awareness compaign by advertisement on public place, TV, newspaper, and debate in school children. smaller areas for biding will motivate smaller stakeholders to join in (as we aim to join majority with us). local or smaller stake holders can be more loyal and more interested. they will be more familiar with locality n easily available. they will be of that city and easier to be controlled. also will add pride to them as it is a central plan.

we need to divide process of cleaning ganga by limiting the process to smaller segments of ganga. we should do direct biding process. smaller areas should be kept for biding. it will be easy to monitor and easy transparency. in case any person is not loyal we can remove him easily due to smaller area given in biding. also will be a great way to have ideas to further the process of cleaning.

गंगा स्वच्छता अभियान मुळ स्वरुप शासकिय कार्य प्रणालीनरुप व्हावे. गंगा स्वच्छता क्षेत्र निहाय हद्दीत मापन करुन व्हावे. प्रत्येक क्षेत्राचे ज्या ही स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्था, ग्रामपंचायत, नगर पालिका, महा नगर पालिका यांच्या नियमात गंगा स्वच्छते साठी फेरबदल व्हावेत. त्या क्षेत्रानुसार त्या त्या क्षेत्रात काम करणार्या सर्व सहकारी संस्था, स्वयं संस्था, संघटना यांना कामासाठी आमंत्रित करावे, कामची ३६५ दिवसाची रुपरेषा तयार करावी. ज्यात गंगा पात्र हे भरीव नसल्यास कामाचे स्वरुप हे खरे कार्यरत असावे.
