Using Ganga as a major way to transport goods and cargo, waterway freight tax/cess can be earned by Govt. 2. By promoting adventurous tourism like luxury cruise travel like Luxuary Train Maharaja or Golden Chariot and water sports i.e rafting etc. Govt can earn foreign money.
