It will be ideal to implement the practice of “Ashtanga yoga” as only learning of yogasans alone is not what Yoga delivers. The ultimate aim of Yoga is to join body and mind. It is very important to impart complete knowledge and training of five parts of Bhahiranga yoga such as Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama and Pratyahara to all children above 12 years of age and also to encourage all elders too to understand and practice these five parts in their day to day life. Further it will be desired to make everyone aware about the three parts of Antaranga yoga, i.e. Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi
By implying the education of Bhahiranga yoga, we can achieve health, peace and happiness in the society, which can make the social structure of the society free from hatred and jealousy.
The institutions doing this work free (such as Shree Ambika Yoga kuteer, Thane Maharashtra) must be encouraged to spread their activity all over the country.

Sir in my opinion Yoga must be included in the course of the regular education of the students. So that they can be able to different Aasans of Yoga without joining any other classes of yoga. By doing this childrens can easily learn about all the patterns of yoga and they will be able to teach it their neighbourhood. Every teaching is usefull for every student which he learn from his school.

This discipline of ancient yoga which now is called Kriyayoga will destroy all malice from the human minds and bring real peace and wellness to the mankind.
It is of utmost importance use this opportunity of World Yoga Day to re-establish grandeur of our ancient yoga "Kriyayoga" . What better way to do it but by virtue of an unequivocal message to the world by the Great Living Sage Yogi of our times Mahamahopadhya Yogacharya Dr. Ashoke Kumar Chatterjee .

Ancient Indian Yoga is a soul-science or Self Realisation.
It is named "Karmyoga in Bhagvad Gita" and was revived by Yogiraj Sri Shyamacharan Lahiri of Kashi in 19th century. He renamed it as "Kriyayoga".While describing greatness of the ancient Yoga Sadhana or Kriyayoga He says "rog na rahe, paap jalave, nirmal kare, timir nashe, gyan hove" meaning" Kriyayoga will bring health,it will burn your bad deeds, it will dawn the supreme knowledge of self & destroy darkness from life.
