YOGA can be promoted with the philosophy of "HAPPy" life.
By practicing YOGA one can sequentially achieve a "H - HEALTHY BODY" to "A - AWAKEN MIND" together a " P - PEACEFUL LIFE" and finally " P - PROSPERITY"
With this thought YOGA can be introduced to any stage of life and at any place of the world.

Cont....of previous post. Prime Minister can urge people to participate from all walks of life . I wish we have some way to realise this and create a profound impact on the world. Would be pleased if their is somebody out there to discuss through direct talk so that I could express my idea in a concrete manner.

We should prepare for a grand participation on the first international yoga day. It would be exciting if maximum people do surya namaskara together through out India at the time of sunrise. For that people need to be aware of the steps in advance. We should create history by maximum people doing together. This means to prepare for it ahead. A recording of the 12 mantras can be done which can be aired through all India radio that day. A small teaching video can be prepared.

4.A proper YOGA ANTHEM need to be prepared which all needs to rhyme after YOGA FLAG hoisting.
5.All the persons present there may gives their views on Yoga.
6.At last every body who became the part of programme must be provided with
LAIYA and CHANA.
7.but only 1 day is not required for the change
atleast it must be celebrated at every month.
8.A proper competition must be organised at city, state, national and world level.
9.Prize distribution must be there, increase the curiosity to learn YOGA

Yoga gives India a new representation.
now U.N. also decided to celebrate 21st june as the International Day of Yoga
so to celebrate yoga day and to make it memorable for all times
here are my views
1.firstly, we need to make proper flag for the yoga, under which everybody get collected to celebrate YOGA DAY.
2.In every states, cities, villages, schools, colleges around the world a programme campaign must to be organised.
3.Every high ranking officer must be there to make this yoga day, memorable.

I dont know if the 'Hippocratic Oath' asks the doctors to advise patients proactively on how not to fall ill.

What are ways in which we can mark the ‘International Day of Yoga’ across the length and breadth of India? ------- Imagine your family doctor paying a surprise visit to your home and asking, advising you to do Yoga on the IDYoga. The medical community can play a big role here in popularising Yoga. People have immense trust and respect for the doctors. I know Yoga is a conflict of interest (of sorts) for doctors because if people are actively doing Yoga, the doctors will be rendered jobless. Cont
