Ans to Q.2- Suggest creative ways in which the ‘International Day of Yoga’ can be celebrated at the world stage.------ An equivalent of Earth Hour - 'Yoga Hour' should be celebrated across the planet. This year 21st June falls on a Sunday... so to implement this would be easier.

On the UN forum, being the 1st, the scope of yoga in all its dimensions and benefits can be showcased through videos and live demonstrations/ presentations. The theme - INDIA's Gift to the world. There is also need to clear myths and falsehoods surrounding it. Another presentation to cover the global uptake in different countries. Finally a clarion call for collaborative research to establish evidence based usefulness of yoga for complete health - physical, mental and spiritual also prosperity

To Strengthened the Power of Women in India Government of India, Ministry of Defense should make the Internal Security Battalion At least Starts with Two Regiments:
1. Durga Regiment for (North-East India) Head Quarter Guwahati or May be Calcatta.
2. Rani Laxmibai Regiment for (Central India) Head Quarter Jhansi.
i am confident that it will improve the Internal Security with in the nation.

Many countries who have supported d resolution 4 YOGA Day may b desirous 2 seek India's assistance in establishing Yoga Training facilities in their country. Our embassies should b tasked 2 ascertain it & begin working out modalities. It would b a gr8 achievement if such Yoga Centres r inaugurated on this day
