Appropos my note, can explain why back pains caused by abuse of backbone can be rid by doing Padma Asana regularly. Similarly Artha-Matsyendra Asana will stimulate digestive organs and rid of constipation, is a drag on our daily life. If done properly it will help discharge twice daily freely and the stools will be like rope indicating full digestion. A video presentation with anatomical images explaining in simple medical terms will help drive home the connection between organs and yoga asana

One month before the yoga volunteers should be trained n on tht day Every school should have mass yoga camp which have to be conducted compulsory which would bring awareness to people.if the school children are getting awareness automatically their parents are also encouraged to do yoga...

On the same lines of Marathons, worldwide mass Yoga Shivirs be conducted. Call them YOGATHONs!! There can be competitions too to exhibit one's expertise in Yoga. The top 3 exhibitors can be given awards/mementos. Free YOGATHON T-shirts with a YOGI on it as an emblem of the event should be distributed in all such events. This would serve as the best advertising worldwide.

1. I assume that Yoga and Ayurved go hand in hand.
2. Many times we read reports of less development in adiivasi areas where the comparative developement is less for many reasons.
3.If we can built the
---Yoga/Ayurvedic Treatment Centres in these parts of the country it will make employment available through farming of Ayurvedic Plants/Collection of Ayurvedic Plants from the forests/Preparation of Ayurvedice medicine from centres like Rasshala-Arkshala/Yoga centres for the working class.
