18 SIDDHARS in TAMIL NADU had practiced different types of Yoga asanas before thousands of years.Some forms of yoga are named after them.Thirumoolar is one among them popular.Yoga should be a part of Physical Education is schools and colleges and before start of classes,like prayer,yoga should be compulsorily done for 15-30 minutes daily.It should start right from Junior K.G.One can refer GOOGLE for 18 SIDDHARS in Tamil Nadu to take cue from them.They are still living in air and everybody should

1) UN Forum:
Highlight the importance of Yoga
Advantages of Yoga over other exercises with scientific proofs.
2) World:
Indian Embassies/other org. giving free yoga classes on the day.
Start "Yoga tours" for foreigners wherein they practise yoga at various beautiful locations over the country Thus promote India as a Yoga destinatn.
3) India:
Government schools and parks must organize Yoga classes for nominal fee in the early hours.
Schools having one Yoga period a week to begin with.

Yoga campaign should be start for MPs/MLAs, Juridical Depts.and Public service sectors(like Police Dept.. Govt. and Boys/Girls Hostels .) with principle of 'KARMA YOGA'.Increase the Nos. of yoga courses in well known Universities..

15 to 20 minutes yoga should be done during the prayer time of school. As well as this program should be enititiated in each Jail(Prison)....Police and Security Depts.The govt.primises like offices and schools should be use in the morning for yoga classes with nominal fees.

I must thank to our prime minister Mr. Narendra modi because few months back I wrote a letter to you stating that why can't you make it (yoga) compulsory in all the schools that to from 1st std. Within few months you took it very seriously and it is the result for that 21st June become International yoga day. I think this is your first step and I am eagerly waiting for your next step towards this (yoga). Yoga Master Ramesh

Last few centuries experienced a major shift from agriculture to industries,industries to information & now information to super information.This has also shifted the importance of existence from body to brain & brain to mind thus the importance of maintaining a peacefu mind has never been as relevant as it is today and the only answer is Yoga. It is not possible anymore to deal with terrorism through muscle or even brain
anymore.Containing terrorism is only possible through yoga.
