Celebrating one day on YOGA is not enough. It must be exercised in day to day life in everyday routine. Hence there should be a course curriculum in all institutions right from schools to university. Moreover Medical Science has to admit YOGA & its benefits. The Doctors must advice & suggest people for YOGA.

International Yoga Day could be celebrated in India by introducing a short curriculum of yoga (designed by an expert in the field - related to mudras and pranayamas) in schools, colleges and offices.
