Treat yoga classes with utmost patience by implementing in college level . Half hour yoga classes for each teacher along with their students convey them yoga benifits . By practising yoga in colleges reduces the crime so it is interrelated with crime prevention.

Dear PM,
Scientific research on yoga practices and effect on endocrine & nervous systems needs to be studied. I have come across many scientific papers all from western countries confirming the benefits of yoga, om chanting etc. The same benefits were indicated in Bhartiya Yoga Sansthan books that I got 40 years back. But there are no studies in India?

Yoga For The Health Of Body And Mind:
Although most of the Upanishads deal with knowledge path (jnana marg), there are a number of Upanishads dealing with the yoga path! Unless one reads all these Upanishads, one cannot understand both the knowledge and yoga paths and their connection! As people will find it difficult to read and understand Upanishads, I have written a book "Brahma Vidya" giving all (both jnana and yoga) about Upanishads. For a copy, contact me at ramak_sg@yahoo.com

Respected Hon'ble PM Sir, kindly include YOGA as one of the subject from 5th Standard and both theory and practical classes may be conducted by the yoga teacher, by doing this our future generation will not have any health problem and yoga will become a regular practice for all the students. I also would like to suggest to start a SWAMI VIVEKANANDA YOGA UNIVERSITY to start with in DELHI, GUJARAT, VARANASI, BANGALORE, BHOPAL, HIMACHAL PRADESH AND JAMMU with yoga courses.
