I fully agree with our PM Shri. Narendra Modi in his faith in Yoga which encompasses physical, mental & spiritual aspect of well-being. If Yoga has to reach the masses, it should start at simple but very effective steps like Suryanamaskar and chanting of Om. However, it should be particularly emphasized that
YOGA IS NOT OWNED BY ANY PARTICULAR RELIGION,
YOGA DOESN'T ADVOCATE ANY PARTICULAR RELIGION,
YOGA CAN BE PRACTISED BY ENTIRE HUMANKIND WITH EQUAL BENEFITS TO ALL.

All schools should be give directions to the children to do yoga on date and click pictures of themselves and upload on some website or to deposit school. also encourage school to give YOGA exercices as summer homework.

Real purpose of Yoga is 2 connect 2 God,it isn't just some physical exercise to maintain d body. International Day of Yoga can b celebrated by propogating d real purpose of Yoga which is related 2 soul not with d body. 2day people do yoga 2 make body healthy & doesn't care about d spiritual part of it. Physical benefits of it r just d by-product which will remain only till d time body remains i.e till death, but d spiritual part of it is related 2 d soul which will remain even after death.

In every school and colleges various activities like quiz, debate, essay writing competition, seminars and guedt lecture by eminent yogis on importance of yoga should be done. A rally may also be organised by school children in rural areas to tell the importance of yoga to villagers. A slogan competition should be organised .Audio visual aids like radio, tv etc may also advertise for the utility of yoga.
