Yoga..... no one could widely expressed about the yoga firmly but as far as my concerns, it teaches us traditional and moral values and discipline human ethics provided one should makes or thinks is part of our daily life if they do. So that it improves the life time, creates health awareness, so it maintains distance from the illness. if all we do yoga is regular practice good for all.

Books and treaties on yoga should be made available to general public through public libraries throughout the country. More green parks can be setup through out and in as many parks possible, regular sessions should be conducted with volunteers or NGOs. national interest advertisements also can be telecast occasionally. in TV also, like some private channels are doing. Doordarshan can be used for telecasting yoga classes in all regional DD channels in early morning, retelecast late morning.

If practiced this way, it makes a person quieter, calmer , and brings about a serenity in the personality. What we see in the world today is violence based on religious bigotry, greed, and complete disregard for human values which have been very tenets of the values passed down to us.The importance of keeping not only one's body healthy but also a healthy mind is equally important. An angry stressed out person spoils the peace in his own family and the society around..

What Krishna propounded in the Bhagwatgeeta are all unique to be experienced by the sadhak. But, most people do only Yogasana to get some health benefits. The UN Yoga Day, I think is for popularising the yogasanas as universaL PRACTICE all over the world. The Surya-Namaskar can be a good example to be implemented in schools all over the world and they should chant only Omkaar instead of the twelve mantras. jai-jai-siyaram ! We may invite nomination for yoga training courses in Indian Yoga centre

Yoga, is union between the Divine and Human. There are various ways by which it is attained. One of the simplest way is SILENCE. What World needs today is Oneness, this can be through SILENCE. Silence is seed in us that can blossom/bloom into a beautiful life, in each one of us. Silence can be practised by as young as 3 years old and no upper age limit. It has vast impact. Every household, school, organisation etc. can be exposed to SILENCE.This will be India's GIFT to the WORLD of THIS CENTURY

I feel proud of our Honorable PM for creating this awareness on the global platform on the importance of Yoga.As a discipline to be complete, it is not simply doing a few body twists as many are promoting it in the world today. It is holistic well being of the body, mind and spirit. Thus, to have a holistic impact, it will have to be coupled with a healthy vegetarian diet, and should be practiced under the guidance of a Guru.To learn driving we go to a driving school, so also, to learn Yoga.
