Yoga should be included in school curriculum from the next academic year. A separate period every week should be allotted to yoga class. This will also open employment opportunities for yoga teachers.

On 21st June 2015, First World Yoga Day, a heartiest thanks to Hon’ Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi for taking YOG to international stage as a gift by India to humanity.
This calendar depicts Yogasans holding pride of India - Ashok Chakra which signifies the message that YOG will never let INDIA fall down.
Jai Hind. Vande Mataram.
I Tried a lot to attach the PDF of just 3MB but was unable to. So please find the download link for the same.

As a student in school, we never had the chance to learn the yoga and its benefits . During our PE (Physical Exercise) classes we used to perform other exercises which were inherited I don't know from when and where. Hence request you to please ask the HRD ministry to make it mandatory for introducing the Yoga at school level. Thus at a very young age we are though of the very benefits of it on our health and thus the aim of a Healthy Nation Prospering.

A suggestion on making yoga more acceptable in today's world- modern world's objective behind exercising is highly influenced by objective to lose weight and not holistic health. Hence the question, how many calories I will lose by doing this exercise is very important.
I tried to find calorie burning calculation for exercises as Kapalbhati & Anulom vilom and I could find any good source online. Please market yoga with number of calories an aasan helps you lose e.g 5 min kapalbhati=100 cal
