The celebration of international YOGA DAY is the best initiative for the health and increasing the healing power of mind, body and soul. I suggest that, there should be some follow up arrangement after the YOGA day during the interval of 3 to 4 monhts. Grass root level network shoul be created from gram ,city , to metro level to regulrly encourage and practice to YOGA before the public in general.

There are many yoga centers in India. They must be monitored by an governmental organization for growth and development. Each state govt can take the initiative to develop yoga. Let it be in the curricula. Students learn only when there are tests under the syllabus and regular classes. Let yoga institutes train yoga teachers who can teach yoga to the young and the old. Particularly those who do sedentary jobs in office and courts. Even subject teachers need to learn yoga to reduce stress.
