To increase productivity in the system every state government should appoint one Yoga Teacher at District Collector Office. Like a private sector every state govt should adopt HR Policy. Detailed Note attached below.

योगासनों का सबसे बड़ा गुण यह हैं कि वे सहज साध्य और सर्वसुलभ हैं। योगासन ऐसी व्यायाम पद्धति है जिसमें न तो कुछ विशेष व्यय होता है और न इतनी साधन-सामग्री की आवश्यकता होती है। योगासन अमीर-गरीब, बूढ़े-जवान, सबल-निर्बल सभी स्त्री-पुरुष कर सकते हैं।
