#InternationalDayofYoga: I am proud of the fact that 21 June is declared as the International Day of Yoga by UN following our Hon'ble PM's initiative. That day happens to be the longest day of the year. To celebrate it we can select a panel of experts in yoga who will conduct " Yoga Shibir " in important world capitals. They can also train the foreigners on various aspects of yoga for its eventual global spread. We can start yoga programme in schools/colleges, but enrolment should be voluntary.

On 26-4-15 in his speech Maan Ki baat Respected PM Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi emphasized on MAYLA MATHE PE DHONA (carrying dirt on head). The phrase was headline in each and every NEWS of the day. Is He really concern about this and made provisions of reservation in LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA, STATE VIDHAN SABHA, MILITARY etc etc etc ...... Such reservations are in place in other aspects of life.
Respected PM Mr NARENDRA DAMODARDAS MODI SIR do you have explanation or just a speech.

Yoga ...being an ancient practice, represents our culture which is our India's pride! So this can be made popular among the youth who r our future pillars, and thus it(culture) can be spread out everywhere by them!
In order to reach them v may concentrate in schools & colleges(as punishments),prison, offices(as regular schedule)&even occasional get together may have yoga as a topic & discus its outcomes & importance, which might bring in a change.Infact an oath can also b taken by all.
Jai Hind!

Many people believe that Yoga means entangling your hand, head & legs.
Its a difficult kinda of yoga.
But people should be encoraged to do simple yoga in everyday life, which is know as Shukshma Yoga.
The basic yoga of Breathing cures multiple deceases, and rejuvenates your day!!!

Yoga should be used as medium to impart penalties tot the students, culprits , offenders.
School and colleges
Jail and child rehabilitation centre
Example, bunking a class will make a student to attend a compulsory yoga class, and bunking a yoga class will add more penalty. After this thrive for monetary penalty and link with the grades of the examination or degree of the college.
Emulate this model in every school and college.
