(1) The 'International Yoga Day' can be celebrated at the UN forum by having a seminar on Yoga in which the history, evolution, significance and various health benefits can be explained to the world leaders followed by a brief demonstration by the Yoga experts. The enthusiastic participants may even be encouraged to try out feasible yogasanas.

On 26-4-15 in his speech Maan Ki baat Respected PM Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi emphasized on MAYLA MATHE PE DHONA (carrying dirt on head). The phrase was headline in each and every NEWS of the day. Is He really concern about this and made provisions of reservation in LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA, STATE VIDHAN SABHA, MILITARY etc etc etc ...... Such reservations are in place in other aspects of life.
Respected PM Mr NARENDRA DAMODARDAS MODI SIR do you have explanation or just a speech.

Adults are aware of the benefits of yoga but the scenario in metropolitan cities, obesity in teenagers is growing at an alarming rate. for every improvement we depend on govt. Why can't parents teach their children benefits of yoga. It is every adult of india to make the younger generation aware on the benefits of yoga and meditation.Any habit if a child starts at young age he will definitely follow throughout his life .
