I would like to give suggestions to Honourable Prime Minister and Honourable Minister's. I have observed that many State government have reserved land in each state which has been acquired or not acquired but auquried stamp is place on 712(saath bara of farmers), for many years, but due to the lack of Funds state has not started the project on those land . If central government needs the land from any state government for any project such as defence, airport, industry, dam, solar plant, electriccity, etc then the state government will start looking for the land . Instead a computer mechanics should be made where there should be record of land which can be term as Land bank account of the state which will keep a record of 1) Acquired land in city with details of farm land, barren land 2) Land available for acquisition along with minute details such as land size,water available,how far national highways and state highway, nearby railway station and hospital , suitable for

1. make sure there team comprises of absolutely non-corrupt people,
2. strong BGV of all the volunteers must be conducted
3. 100% digital monitoring systems must be placed.

I really appreciate your efforts but people are not taking seriously to it. This needs a end to end monitoring tool.
Please connect with founders and help them to improve and start their business by centralised app to check and track their application status. For monitoring the desired investment amount reached to the real founders by tracking subsidy with unique idenfication from investor, incubation, etc to founder level i.e. Primary》Secondary 》Tertiary. Subsidy duration and claims settlement.

Please help founders for those who are seeking investments in a simple digital process with the levels and responsible person handling at that stage. Make easy interaction platform along with centralized news related to upcoming events or case studies, opportunities, etc.

It will be a great move towards make in india, atma nirbhar, etc.
