The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) was established in 1963 as an autonomous body under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry to contribute to the skill building for the external trade sector of India. It has come a long way to successfully develop into a remarkable institution that imparts knowledge through research and training in international business, trade and Economics.

Draft Bill, including a statement of objects & reasons, for converting IIFT into an INI through an act of Parliament.MyGov and the Department of Commerce solicit comments/suggestions/views from the general public on the draft Bill for conferment of INI status to the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT).

Last date of submission is 12th February 2023.

Hon'ble prime minister sir, Please kindly issue instructions for the non teaching staff recruitment by contract basis at kakinada IIFT campus.please kindly implement the rule for selection of job on transparency system

This might serve as an important change as it will provide an extra mileage to students within india to sharpen skills of international use,so that they can function and earn as assets of nation.This will serve to internationalise our domestic products and bring international markets for our every single product and also will make things of high use from international markets available to our high end customers.

rather than providing foreign universities functional autonomy and incentives what if we could provide it to domestic institutions in India ? they should be freed from the continuous over-monitoring by ugc.
