This might serve as an important change as it will provide an extra mileage to students within india to sharpen skills of international use,so that they can function and earn as assets of nation.This will serve to internationalise our domestic products and bring international markets for our every single product and also will make things of high use from international markets available to our high end customers.

rather than providing foreign universities functional autonomy and incentives what if we could provide it to domestic institutions in India ?
