India as one of the fastest growing economy needs a lot of infrastructure and for that we need cement and other thing which cause a lot of pollution how to avoid that-
1)Use carbon capture technology and use the carbon captured for making cement which would be cheaper and little bit environment friendly.
2)Use of green hydrogen and green hydrogen vehicles
3)More and more ev buses fleet's around India
4)set stronger NDC's for cop26
5)implement carbon tax on companies which will increase govt. revenue

As India aims for carbon neutrality in 2060 why can't India use waste to electricity plants as we have ton of waste and have lakhs of population. We can start schemes like bring us this much kg's of plastic waste we will give you food grains as a lot of population is hit by covid-19 and many are un-employed so the benefits are-
1)Streets would be clean and huge dumps in Delhi would be clean
2)Less hunger
3)Waste to electricity is 50% less co2 emitter compared to coal
Which would also lead to less Fossil feuls reduce garbage dump sell steam for heating homes and have more space as ash 1/10 less space consuming and can be used in concrete for road construction

In this current scenario as India's forex has tanked to almost $590 billion from $700 billion dollars just to mainly import coal and fuel from opec and opec+ countries which cost around us $65 billion dollars. Why not reduce the use of coal by making waste to energy plants which is better than coal as it will reduce the dumps in our county and make more space , reduce our reliance on coal and waste to energy plants are more effecient and produce less co2 compared to coal
