intoxication amongst youngers are common now days due to easily available of liquor drugs etc which need to be put under control specially in nights what more add to this opening of liquor shops on roads as well as at residential areas and with offer like one free with one that promotes or encourage youngster towards these prohibited things which may lead to them towards crimes as under the influence of drugs they can not control themselves and more shameful is that few govts promoting such shops that need to be regulated by putting rationing on liquor shops and frequent police vigilance throughout nights on the dark and secluded places where unauthorized drugs sold and there is high need to keep vilgilance on police too to keep their activities also under control this will certainly help to reduce crimes

All big factories manufacturing various products should have proper waste management system. The smoke emitted should not cause any air pollution. Likewise cement, tiles and granite manufacturing companies should safely manage their wastes like water, smoke emissions from their plants. Each factory should be pollution free and they should be frequently inspected by Pollution Control Board officials and they should monitor the pollution levels. If the company maintains pollution free environment they can be given with a certificate and awards. So that it will help them to get more orders from their clients. Central Government can announce an Award as best environment friendly company. Nominations can be accepted and best 20 companies can be short listed and Award can be given to its Founders or CEOs every year. A SOP document can be issued by the Pollution Control Board and the companies which follows the protocols and safety measures can be shortlisted for such Awards to encourage.
