India is one of the leaders in sustainable development and clean energy. With the Hon PM Narendra Modi-led government’s reform-oriented, environment-friendly policies, the country has time & again shown that sound environmental policies can pave the way to a sound economy.

At the UN Climate Change Conference COP26 in 2021, PM Shri Narendra Modi announced the ‘LiFE’, a mission to bring individual behavioural change at the forefront of the global climate action narrative. LIFE or Lifestyle for Environment along with the ‘Pro Planet People’ movement, aims to strengthen the efforts to overcome climate change.

LiFE will replace the prevailing 'use-and-throw’ thinking with an environmentally conscious lifestyle. The Mission is to create a global community of ‘Pro-Planet People’ (P3), who with their shared commitment will adopt and promote environmentally friendly lifestyles.

Individual Efforts Are Key to Climate Commitment

India's traditional knowledge strongly positions it to lead the narrative of addressing climate change. Like many other mass movements, LiFE aims to inspire climate action based on the mantra of ‘Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas’.

MyGov invites you to share your ideas and suggestions on how to adapt to an environmentally conscious lifestyle.

Few examples for the above:
Reduce - Electricity, Fuel Usage
Reuse - Old Clothes, Electronics, Building materials, furniture
Recycle - Plastic, newspapers, cartons, boxes
Renewable - Solar, Wind, Hydro, Tidal, Geothermal & Biomass
Recover - Forests, rivers, soil, mountains, wildlife
Redesign - Green buildings
Remanufacture - E-waste for new purposes

R5- Recover forests use of satellite imaging for overall green cover.Clearer imaging with surveillance aircraft or drones.3D imaging of ground to height of trees to estimate thickness or volume of green cover from ground. Establishing a ratio of fossil fuel burnt to volume of green cover for fine tuning of sustainable emmison for our land area. Formation of grids of certain dimensions with sensors for electronic signals to pin point navigation. Use of microwave towers,electrical transmission lines, wind mills, hill tops to understand wind & weather patterns Including forests. We have weather stations but this can fine tune Including forests which is critical. This information could be fed to centralized computers with satellite imaging for better results. This is my imagination maybe already existing with better concepts from our scientists or from other nations.

Yes, I think the curiosity that arises in the mind to know something must be expressed to others, If the opportunity to say such a thing comes to the Prime Minister, it must be said. So I think the public must be happy to have this name.

You used word "use and throw" presently there is not clean india. But throwing india. People throw garbage outside home or office or vehicles Municipal corporation collect it and throw outside city. Only limited quanty can collect and recycle. Remaining go in sewer, river, sea and lying on land. I will give understanding to people about throwing habit. And I am sure this throwing habit will change. I planned right solution. I do not need municipal corporation. I dispose my garbage very easy way. I do not give my garbage to municipal corporation. This system I want to apply whole world. I wii also give new idea which can solve problem of plastic bag. We have constructed city but not planned about water, sewer, garbage, Air pollution, traffic etc.etc. I have plan for all these issues. I need team and media support.

my idia no.1 bringing solid waste to zero in same day by low electricity usege, no chemical usage, eleminatinating stinky bad smell into zero creating nice and tide environment. idea no.2 eleminatinating water polution treating savage water naturally without electricity and chemical after treating not let it mix in river or lake but use it for agriculture and water transport through canals creating links villages for more information give me a your precious half an hour to show my project through power point mobile: 9036782075

Environmental life is a best way to protect our future .it is our duty to take all step related to nature 1 Don't use plastic concept should be adopted in daily life .it harm our nature . 2 Recycle of waste product help us to control over pollution for future. 3 One man one plant concept is a way to fulfill demand of environment. 4 Green village concept is a to promote eco friendly environment. 5 Eco friendly city is a way to control over pollution and protect environment. 6 Green school concept to aware children about nature and how did maintain it.
