India is one of the leaders in sustainable development and clean energy. With the Hon PM Narendra Modi-led government’s reform-oriented, environment-friendly policies, the country has time & again shown that sound environmental policies can pave the way to a sound economy.

At the UN Climate Change Conference COP26 in 2021, PM Shri Narendra Modi announced the ‘LiFE’, a mission to bring individual behavioural change at the forefront of the global climate action narrative. LIFE or Lifestyle for Environment along with the ‘Pro Planet People’ movement, aims to strengthen the efforts to overcome climate change.

LiFE will replace the prevailing 'use-and-throw’ thinking with an environmentally conscious lifestyle. The Mission is to create a global community of ‘Pro-Planet People’ (P3), who with their shared commitment will adopt and promote environmentally friendly lifestyles.

Individual Efforts Are Key to Climate Commitment

India's traditional knowledge strongly positions it to lead the narrative of addressing climate change. Like many other mass movements, LiFE aims to inspire climate action based on the mantra of ‘Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas’.

MyGov invites you to share your ideas and suggestions on how to adapt to an environmentally conscious lifestyle.

Few examples for the above:
Reduce - Electricity, Fuel Usage
Reuse - Old Clothes, Electronics, Building materials, furniture
Recycle - Plastic, newspapers, cartons, boxes
Renewable - Solar, Wind, Hydro, Tidal, Geothermal & Biomass
Recover - Forests, rivers, soil, mountains, wildlife
Redesign - Green buildings
Remanufacture - E-waste for new purposes

महोदय, मैं उत्तराखंड के हरिद्वार जिले के धनौरी क्षेत्र का निवासी हूं ।‌ जब लगभग ऊपरी गंगा नहर बनाई गई तो इस नहर का पानी हमारे खेतों तक नहीं पहुंचा । कृपया अब धनौरी, पिरान कलियर मेहवड़, बाजूहेड़ी आदि क्षेत्रों में नहर के दोनों तरफ राजवाहे निकाल कर खेतों तक ऊपरी गंगा नहर का पानी पहुंचा दिया जाए तो बहुत अच्छा रहेगा। इससे इन क्षेत्रों के खेतों की अच्छी प्रकार सिंचाई हो सकती है जो रोह, रतमऊ और सोलानी आदि नदी के प्रवाह क्षेत्र में आती है । हो सकता है कि इस जल से इस क्षेत्र का भूगर्भीय जल स्तर भी आगामी बीस-तीस सालों में ऊपर उठ आए । अगर ना बी ऊपर उठे, कम से कम और नीचे तो नहीं जाएगा ।

(1) Making MP's pledge 10% of their MPLADS fund for fighting against air pollution. (2)Making a 3 list of districts based on AQI levels of air pollution : Low,High & Moderate based on the classification funds can be allocated accordingly. (3) MP's to give a transparent accounts of how they utilise their funds.

Further to my comments. 25. Regulate use of pesticides and insecticides in agriculture. 26. Regulate digging of agriculture borewells, 27. Regularly maintain main canals, sub canals and irrigation canals , else silt will form and water will not reach to the agricultural lands. 28. In such cases farmers are using bore pumpsets , and causing to use resources which results in environment impact.

As misinformation in Corporate world is treated a wrongful act and severe penal and deterrent provisions exist, it is high time, spreading misinformation by any person on Government Scheme should be subjected to severe penal and deterrent provisions by having a specific law. Also need to have a special law to accomplish the objective of maintaining peace and harmony in Society and any activity, be it spoken words, conduct, dealings leading or resulting in disturbing peace and harmony should be subjected to penal provisions including withdrawal of all govt benefits, and if activity is found to be anti India, such persons be subjected to withdrawal of voting right. Discipline and honestly need to be appreciated and given encouragement by giving incentives and indiscipline and dishonesty be subjected to various discentives in a graded manner. To reduce litigation and phenomenal increase in court cases, suggested that a special dept should amend laws considering SC judgements.

We can use clothes bag and grow more trees for our future plans as it may helps in further life and deforestation of tree is commonly done as in lndia we grow tree every year as much as possible so we must be proud of it but it's not enough we must not use plastic bags as much as possible for our lifelyhood it will be benifical for life .We must recycle things as much as possible

Dear PM Sir, For save environment Future and nature. we have to improve productivity of Solar Facilities, Tree plantations,dust less clean River, organic suitable thing for environment in every way house ,office , Sector with Educational and other public places. For Global warming Control, Tree plantation is the only choice and chance. plastics and natural materials, oil, gas and waste usage of water I think these type of small and common things can effect environment Future for life.🙏🙏🙏

Water Air Food Soil and Nature as it was in past must be preserved and what ever deterioration has been caused due to race for devolpment should be resrorted with the help of sustainable devolpment by making the necessary policies so that there is minimum loss to the above and also we can give healthi environment to the future generations.
