India is one of the leaders in sustainable development and clean energy. With the Hon PM Narendra Modi-led government’s reform-oriented, environment-friendly policies, the country has time & again shown that sound environmental policies can pave the way to a sound economy.

At the UN Climate Change Conference COP26 in 2021, PM Shri Narendra Modi announced the ‘LiFE’, a mission to bring individual behavioural change at the forefront of the global climate action narrative. LIFE or Lifestyle for Environment along with the ‘Pro Planet People’ movement, aims to strengthen the efforts to overcome climate change.

LiFE will replace the prevailing 'use-and-throw’ thinking with an environmentally conscious lifestyle. The Mission is to create a global community of ‘Pro-Planet People’ (P3), who with their shared commitment will adopt and promote environmentally friendly lifestyles.

Individual Efforts Are Key to Climate Commitment

India's traditional knowledge strongly positions it to lead the narrative of addressing climate change. Like many other mass movements, LiFE aims to inspire climate action based on the mantra of ‘Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas’.

MyGov invites you to share your ideas and suggestions on how to adapt to an environmentally conscious lifestyle.

Reduce - Electricity, Fuel Usage
Reuse - Old Clothes, Electronics, Building materials, furniture
Recycle - Plastic, newspapers, cartons, boxes
Renewable - Solar, Wind, Hydro, Tidal, Geothermal & Biomass
Recover - Forests, rivers, soil, mountains, wildlife
Redesign - Green buildings
Remanufacture - E-waste for new purposes

सरकार अग्निपथ योजना लेकर आई है उसमें उम्र की सीमा नहीं होनी चाहिए। देश सेवा के लिए उम्र की सीमा नहीं होती। मैं 62 साल का हो गया हूं। लेकिन मैं सैन्य प्रशिक्षण लेना चाहता हूं। क्योकि जरूरत पड़ने पर मैं भी सीमा पर भेजा जा सकूं। अगर सरकार मुझे कोई तनख्वाह नहीं देना चाहती तो न दे। सिर्फ़ मेडिकल इंस्योरेंस दे। मुझे अपने खर्च पर सेना में शामिल होने का मौका दिया जाए।

Plastic is main problem in our country. Behalf of that paperbags must come insted of plastic items other items must use. Step by step it makes new rules and regulations. Then tress by name of development many tress are cutting it should be stop. Planting trees in a environment day must lastfor even next year then our country will become green

#agnipath. 1.Instruct State governments to announce a reservation for agniveers in state police services after 4 year services. 2.Instruct Home Ministry to announce similar reservation for agniveers in CRPF ITBP CISF. 3.AGNIVEERS should have some benefits up to 2 years from there exit. like canteen, travel. 4.Educational institutions should give reservation for agniveers. reserve 1% for agniveers in elite institutions and fee concessions. 5.Defence PSU s and private defence manufactures should recruit agniveers 10% of their HR.

According to my dear Guru Sadhguru 🙏🙏🙏 Simple ways to protect environment is plant more and more trees becoz trees control the flow of rain water And to grow one trees it's take 10 to 20 years

Implementing strict and best policues to reduce the waste and educating people about the same and the damage it is doing to our environment. Making strict policies and implementing them so that people will follow. Trying to discard the waste on a daily basis instead of piling that on road sides. strict and high Fines should be imposed on littering. Spitting, Gutka , chewing tabacco needs to be fines heavily. If the rules will be strict with a huge amount of fine and will be considered as an offence, then people will think twice before polluting the natural resources

Environmental life style is a way to protect nature based eco system for future. 1 No use plastic is a best way to protect our environment. 2 One man one plant concept should be adopted for maintain natural eco system. 2 Green product has to be prefer for use in daily life. 3 Green technology should be promoted for develop their market. 4 Luxury item should be use less for protect environment. 5 Solar energy should be used in daily life.it is a clean energy to protect our environment. 6 Office should be paperless for use minimum paper for protect environment.

पर्यावरण को संतुलित और स्वच्छ बनाने के लिये सारी दुनियां में वनीकरण को महत्व दिया जाना चाहिये।जो जंगल घने और वन्य जीवजंतुओं से भरे पड़े है।उनको कटने से बचाया जाए।अमेजन के जंगलों को जो दुनियां का फेफड़ा कहा जाता है।इसे संरक्षित किया जाए।पृथ्वी में33%भूभाग पर वन होना चाहिये।भारत देश मे हर वर्ष वृक्षारोपण कर करोड़ो पौधे रोपित किये जाते है।लेकिन भारत मे अबभी 33%भूभाग वनाच्छादित नही है।बड़ी बडी नदियों पर ऊंचे बांध बनाकर उनके जल प्रवाह को कम कर दिया गया है।जिससे जलीय जीवजंतुओं पर संकट उत्पन्न हो गया है।
