Good initiative by Government. Indeed govt. has been worked very splendid to establish green muffler through national highways and corridors project. Now we are in transition phase to produce and adopt ethanol fuel by replacing it with fossil fuel.
Rivers connecting projects may get speeded and various aspects will be also originated through using our researchers.
A detailed guidelines or legal aspect to be introduced for every builder's project in phase wise manners. All Govt. Hospitals, Budilings may be constructed with green technology first. One of our ESIC Hospital, Manesar is being stared with first green hospitals laid down recently.
A lot of development/research and technology is to be required for Renewable energy. We have capacity to do it, but we have no specific system to introduce top brains which are interested in it.
Recycling process is very slow due to lack of infrastructure in cities, so govt. must heed on the development of infra to recylce or grant some aid.

Let's focus on mainly -
(1) Sustainable agricultural development which includes updated technology, increase in productivity, prevention of top soil erosion and water management particularly at river basins and flood prone areas etc.
(2) More efforts towards waste management that include recycling of waste particularly industrial waste;
(3) More efforts towards renewable energy to lessen dependency on petroleum products.
Although, efforts so far made towards the above are appreciable much more is needed to be done. This would not happen without public support...so advocacy and public awareness comes at top most. Incentivising people and stakeholders may also help.

Yes, It is a great initiative that was undertaken by the government of India as we are at the ground level of implementation and we are the beneficiaries of the schemes it became important to get input so I would prefer to state the implementation of the scheme at a lower level of my perspective.
Due to the rapid globalization and also increased rate of the population had created huge demand of the resources created various ways of extraction processes which even not been considered the ecological damage by all the means so for this we need the first train the people by creating awareness programs because we don't feel the importance of conservation because we just love the easy lifestyle. It was very difficult for us to throw a paper in dustbin, why because this dustbin must be cleaned or else this laziness any other factors but the fact is that WE TRAINED IN A WAY TO HAVE AN EASY LIFESTYLE EVEN WHAT ITS COSTS so this need to changed.
PSYCHOLOGY OF SOCIETY NEED TO CHANGE

First of all , we must stop petrol and diesel vehicles, and promote green vehicles , and in agriculture we must test the top soil and produce those plants which consumes less water and give more returns and it should be a export quality and increase employment generation and increases the country Gross domestic product, and we must make sure that zero wastage policy in every sector of the Indian economy.

Reducing Petrol and Diesel consumption. Every one should come forward to avoid wastage of Petrol and Diesel. For short distance one can walk or use bicycle instead of using bike or car. Avoiding unnecessary outings and trips whenever it is possible. During family trip one can engage a bigger vehicle and travel together instead of traveling in multiple vehicles to save fuel. All water sumps and over head tanks should be fitted with automatic switches to stop over flowing of water and getting wasted. Every house should have Solar panels to generate power for their personal need and save electricity
Reusing used water for domestic purposes like cleaning the floor, bikes & four wheelers. Unwanted trash and household items should be properly recycled. Every citizen should vow that they will not throw their house garbage on the streets & dispose them neatly in dustbins. A mobile vehicles to collect electronic wastes should be there and it has to be collected regularly at Collection Points

ancient bharat was prosperous & self reliant !They cud produce enuf 4 all no shortages, no logstics constraint. Indian spice box , water, tulsi , flowers common across continent ! Lot of ancient material on food & right eating , right quantity ! sitting, cooking, cutting, preparation , how much & which sequence to eat in different climate , type of body etc. but all lost out bcoz the maliks of india consider sanatanis knower of this knowledge as dehatis , gawars , and the healthy food regarded as garibon ka khana ! all of the instutions b/wood TV , media , babus looked down upon natives ! Aapke toothpaste mein namak hai ? koyala ! now we have carbon toothpaste pity indian guran so weak that they could not act & punish the guilty .
Get the seers out ! Obesity should not prosper ! Queen draupadi fed 1 grain rice to a full jatra , many saints who could live without eating! find them ! do research ! even if intake reduces by 20 % with more energy , it is a huge permanent win !
