India is one of the leaders in sustainable development and clean energy. With the Hon PM Narendra Modi-led government’s reform-oriented, environment-friendly policies, the country has time & again shown that sound environmental policies can pave the way to a sound economy.

At the UN Climate Change Conference COP26 in 2021, PM Shri Narendra Modi announced the ‘LiFE’, a mission to bring individual behavioural change at the forefront of the global climate action narrative. LIFE or Lifestyle for Environment along with the ‘Pro Planet People’ movement, aims to strengthen the efforts to overcome climate change.

LiFE will replace the prevailing 'use-and-throw’ thinking with an environmentally conscious lifestyle. The Mission is to create a global community of ‘Pro-Planet People’ (P3), who with their shared commitment will adopt and promote environmentally friendly lifestyles.

Individual Efforts Are Key to Climate Commitment

India's traditional knowledge strongly positions it to lead the narrative of addressing climate change. Like many other mass movements, LiFE aims to inspire climate action based on the mantra of ‘Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas’.

Renewable - Solar, Wind, Hydro, Tidal, Geothermal & Biomass
Recover - Forests, rivers, soil, mountains, wildlife
Redesign - Green buildings
Remanufacture - E-waste for new purposes

dear madam sirs it is known fact that plastic carry bags plastic packaging is not biodegradable even then we waste our time on preaching but not putting into practice by ban on manufacturing plastics for food and catering establishments

Honorable PM Dear Modi, What is the root cause that Currency of Bharath loosing its value year on year ??? against almost maney countries .. when you came to power Bharath people thought Currency of Bharath will be equal to higher value Currency in world.. what is that treaty made Bharath week in its Currency value ??? Are we supply slaves to serve world people ?? Need Population bill so that we stop supply of slaves to serve other nations ...

Unless and until we are not going to change our life styles, food habits and mode of transportation it seems we are inviting more destruction. Similarly, the use of plastic bags, plastic water pipes and plastic container above all ignorance of organic fertilizer would remain be an active agent to temporary living, because all produce nothing,except vivid variants of dreadful disease. lack of water bodies, deforestation, enhancement of desert area and loss of fertility due to over exploitation are the factors of non sustainability, apart from all the dilipidated condition of majority of rivers is also added by unplanned urbanization put forwarding us in the state of non sustainability.

नमस्कार सर, ग्लोबल वॉर्मिग की वजह से निसर्ग संतुलन पुरी तरह से बिगड गया है, क्लायमेट चेंज घातक परिणाम दिखा रहा है, जून महिना मान्सून का नही रहा है,तपामान दीन बो दीन बडने से पर्यावरण संतुलित, समृद्ध करांना कठीण होता जा रहा है , एस्के कारण हर गाव,राज्य,देश को पूर्णतः जगृतता लानिही पडेगी, जैसे योगा दीन का प्रसार हो रहा है , सांस लेने के लिए,लेकिन पेडोके बिना शुद्ध सांसे नही मिल सकती,इसलिए योगा दिन के समय हर व्यक्ति एक एक पेड़ लगानेका संकल्प करे और जतन की जिम्मेदारी ले।योगा दिन के साथ पेड़ संवर्धन दिन मनाया जाए ,और इसका कठोरता से पालन किया जाए। "हर एक बच्चा, पौदा लगाए अच्छा"

parth-2 समस्या यह है कि 👉🏻• आज भी गांवों में लकड़ी का अधिक मात्रा में उपयोग किया जाता है गैस सिलेंडर मिलने के बाद भी यानी अधिक भोजन और न्यूनतम सिलेंडर नहीं हो पाता है इसका कारण है परिवार में अधिक मात्रा में लोग 🤔 गांव के लोग सिलेंडर का उपयोग बस चाय पानी के लिए करते हैं या कोई अतिथि आ जाता है •👉🏻 यह एक छुपा हुआ सच है मैंने ऐसे कई परिवारों में यह कार्य होते हुए देखा है यह बात सरकार को नहीं पता है यह एक बड़ी समस्या है by rukkam

For sustainable development every indian should spent one day in week for environment. I heard about 4 working days in a week. If we make it 4 in office+1 for environment then whole country can transform to green . Every working individual will spent one day in a week for environment friendly activity eg Tree plantation, cleaning, agriculture, land cultivation etc. Tree plantation can be done both side of river to protect river as suggested by sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev.

भारत देश ने वैश्विक सम्मेलन में जो वादा किया ।उसपर देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने हृदय से काम किया।ग्लोबल वार्मिंग की समस्या को कम करने के लिये कार्बन उत्सर्जन की मात्रा पर नियंत्रण होना चाहिये।भारत देश मे खाना बनाने के लिये प्रयोग किये जाने वाले लकडी, कंडे,मिट्टी का तेल ,कच्चा कोयला आदि पर प्रभावी रोक लगाने के लिये घर घर उज्ज्वला योजना के तहत सभी को रसोई गैस सिलेंडर मुफ्त उपलब्ध कराए।जिससे बहुत अधिक मात्रा में खाना पकाने के लिये गैस का उपयोग हो रहा है।कार्बन उत्सर्जन को रोकने का प्रभावी
