The remainings of food wastes are thrown out from home to backyard or water bodies, instead of that setting up a cheap, portable Vermicomposter in every house will help get fertilizer for house grown vegetables, if it is not used in households, local bodies can collect it and supply to demanded area. Which can reduce the pollution.

I think all of my friends would agree that water is going to be very scarce in upcoming years.
So what can be done for water preservation
One law can be formulated by parliament to penalize all the householders by 50,000 who don't make a provision of underground pipe connection from terrace that goes atleast 10 meters inside the ground to maintain the water level. This will collect all those rain water that goes unarrested
This way we can surely overcome the water scarcity

Dear Modi ji
The major factors to improve the environment is cleanliness and afforestation. Clean air, water, and soil, adequate open space, abundant resources – all of these, as well as other environmental factors, To protect environmental quality, offering businesses and industry, developers, and others something positive in return for their cooperation is sometimes more effective than passing regulatory laws

Its very easy. Make Urban Policy on Walk to Work and Walk to Schools. Car Driven Urban planning copied from USA is total mess. First build staff quarters near all central government offices. Dont give HRA if people dont want to stay in government staff quarters. Allow work from home as far as possible. Mandate compulsory hostel attached to schools and colleges. Adopting the above much traffic will be taken out of roads . As staff walk to work. Children walk to school /college from Hostel located near schools/colleges.
Atleast the government should now realise if the reduced tax on petrol/diesel need mobilizing huge funds in excess of 1 Lakh crores . This is poor planning this 1 lakh crore could be used to build railways and public infrastructure. Please stop massive road building program and use the funds to massive investment in railways , which is environment friendly. First consolidate Ministry of Transport, no seperate road, rail and ports ministry. Shift to green Hydrogen
