Sub: budget for 2019 - 20 Sr. Citizens are of two types, with and without pension. We belong to second category, having retired from PSUs like Steel, Power, Oil etc sectors, living purely on interest of Bank and P.O. deposits, which are diminishing year by year irrespective of Budget. Last year taxable income level was raised with out raising our income. This helps only those who draw huge pension. kindly look into these cases and do some thing to save us.

Instead of investing 75000cr PMKISAN Yojana we can make good platform for marketing of agricultural products produced by farmers. Now have markets at District level , I have request to set up Markets at least on Taluk levels.

Reduce ROC paperwork! Recent new filings are both cumbersome and unnecessary. The requirement to have a full-time CA for a company with paid up capital of 5 crores is a perfect example of the nanny state. Let companies determine how they can best comply with the rules. It is also a fact that a company of 5 crores is not a lot of equity. But instituting rules based on equity size is a sure way to force entrepreneurs to take the debt route instead of equity, and that is not optimal!

The country is facing severe Water crisis, Budget should provide incentive in different Policy to encourage all methods of Water conservation & innovation which will be effective in increasing the Ground Water Table level. Major City like Mumbai is facing severe depletion of Ground Water Table level & its feared in near future it will be face the same water crises like Cape Town of SA & also it will be labeled with the Major Sinking Cities of the World like Venice as Water is pump out .
