Honorable FM,
If you will introduce pay tax and get pension while retired.
So if one person is now comes under 30 to 40 year age group and he pays tax of 3 lac in his entire life he will get 3 lac at his retirement without any interest
If anyone falls under 40 to 60 he will get some percentage of tax paid
This way you can get money without any interest and people will ready to pay tax because in current tax setup tax payers don't get any benefits in return

Dear Madam Finance Minister,
We as a culture have been conservative and encourage savings by providing tax benefits. However, I hold a contrarian view to equally encourage spending for the ones who can afford it.
I hereby suggest keeping a tax-free benefit cap of up to 1 Lac (or up to 3L-5L who fall under higher brackets) for spending on travel & entertainment for the salaried middle class.
Attached pdf in detail.
