There must be rules regulations to cover private sector employees for their unpaid and overdue salaries.. this class is total tax paying class as employers make TDS deductions monthly. There is governance for unpaid tax dues like TDS, PF & ESI BUT there is no governance for unpaid salaries to their employees by these private companies. Even a small step towards this like disclosure by Auditors in their audit report or in balance sheet will be a deterrent. Kindly consider and help middle class.

Respected Modi ji,
please add 1 or 2 percent cess in petrol and Diesel as toll cess and remove the toll fee. so that the country can save in petrol and Diesel import and also reduction of carbon emissions. All automobiles are burning more fuel in just waiting to pay the toll. savings include Time saving, collection charges and other indirect expenses.

Respected madam/ sir
Section 12A(1)(ba) of the Income-Tax Act inserted by finance act 2017 needs to be revisited. A charitable institution losses it's exemption of income if it files a belated return. On the other hand for the other assessee the maximum penalty is rupees 10,000 by virtue of section 234F. This creates unnecessary hardship to charitable institutions. It is a humble request to remove Section 12A(1)(ba) of the Income-Tax Act.

Tax suggestion for women
In the case of women employees there should be no income tax till a certain income for which the current slab is increased. The amount of income which is exempt of tax would be decided by you. #women #womenempowerment #womendevelopment #nationdevelopment

Tax suggestion for Defence personnel and retired Defence personnel
a. There should be no tax for all those who are working in the Defence forces upto the rank of Brigadier in the army and equivalent rank in Air Force and Navy who are currently serving and earning salary
b. There should be no tax for retired Defence personnel on pure pension. However incase they have other sources of income eg earning of interest on bank deposits or rental income then these should be taxed as the per normal rate

We would like the government to abolish giving free sanitary pads to menstruating girls and start giving reusable sanitary cloth pads. Disposable Disposable sanitary pads are very bad for health and environment.
Please budget for wet waste management by making ward level waste management units. Please let us avoid mixed waste going to landfills. Segregation of waste should be three ways . Wet waste, Dry waste and sanitary waste.
