In order to make the Union Budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Ministry of Finance has sought inputs from citizens for the last several years. This year too, the Ministry looks forward to hearing from you on your suggestions for the Union Budget which will be presented in the Parliament in the upcoming session.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations. The last date for submissions on this forum is 20th June 2019.

Our Nation Strength Lays in the Health of Current and Future Citizens. 1.Let's allocate the highest possible budgetary allocation in this year's budget to first improve the primary health care services offered in the public sector. 2.Simplify GST process and Personal Income Tax. 3.Privatise Indian Railways in a phased manner over the next 3 years. And have a Rail Regulatory Authority. 4.Provide incentives to boost Ship Building Industry. 5.Reward States, UT who implement Swach Bharat effective

1.Budget should address big time on Tourism but focus should be on improving the experiences like better roads, more connectivity options like ship, flights etc, law and order, cleanliness, amenities, monitoring, communication, fees etc. Definetly not on too many circuits etc. 2. Improve governance: Ingest as much digital, technology, DBT and even hiring more people to deliver public services. 3. Focus on Enviornmnetal Quality: Needs comprehensive policy and tax incentive and Budgetory support.

respected sir, please provide separate computers /laptops, internet facility for pharmacists working in a government hospitals. Also please sanction multiple posts in government hospitals in order to stop pharmacy act violations. please grant same pay scale to the pharmacists in all over INDIA.JAI HIND.

1. There should be sub Budget on Agriculture and allied activities. 2. GST slabs could be further simplified and taxes should be near zero on all essential items like cloths, processed food, agricultural equipments, fertilizers etc. 3. Senior citizen pension scheme 4. There should be tax surcharge to fund Swatch and Sundar Bharat to modernise and develop infrastructure for national heritage sites. 5. Some budgtory support for all Primary healthcare centers.

Establishing a system to facilitate end to end process required for doing farming Setting up of fields, connecting water supply,acquiring seeds,putting required machinery, Setting up of institutions/ training squads for imparting required farming skills and provide Training on best practices Process for Financial support Process for Handling calamities Infrastructre for Storage facility, Implementing Transportaion and logistics Set platforms for Marketing and sale of products

For strenghtening the Agriculture sector steps should be taken to 1. Corporate/Large scale farming with Government and public participation 2. Use of new technologies-Weather forecasting, sensors, harvesting techniques etc 3. Establishing a system to facilitate end to end process required for doing farming 4. Water supply for irrigation 5. Water Harvesting techniques

Increase Property Taxes as much as 10 times. Make people pay more. In America Local municipalities are so powerful. They have their own police own streets and schools because they collect a huge property taxes. Whereas in India we are a family who can afford to pay 7000 rupees a year we merely end up paying 700 rupees. Make municipalities more powerful make people pay 10 times the property taxes. And ask these municipalities to pay for better schools clean streets and dedicated parks
