In order to make the Union Budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Ministry of Finance has sought inputs from citizens for the last several years. This year too, the Ministry looks forward to hearing from you on your suggestions for the Union Budget which will be presented in the Parliament in the upcoming session.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations. The last date for submissions on this forum is 20th June 2019.

Respected Madam, Please Reduce Traffic congestions in Bangalore running now at 15KMPH making everything SLOW. Urgently Connect AIRPORT by Suburban Rail, SWR just a km away. Connect adjoining Towns Devanahalli, Chikkaballapur, Maluru, Ramnagar & Anekal. Metro of phase 2 from White Field upto Hosakote on NH75 which connects interstate Buses also. 3 Flyovers urgently Near KR Puram on TOLL Road of NH75.

मा. वित्त मंत्री, क्या आयुष्मान भारत योजना बिहार मे नही है और अगर है, तो क्या चमकी बुखार योजना मे शामिल नही? अगर ऐसा है तो फिर 100 से ज्यादा मौत का जिम्मेदार कौन है? राज्य के प्रमुख होने के नाते नितीशकुमार को इस बात की जिम्मेदारी लेनी ही होगी। प्रधानमंत्री के मुताबिक पूरी दुनिया मे ऐसी योजना,और ये हाल? समझ से परे है। बजट मे इस बात पर ज़रूर चर्चा होनी चाहिये। इलाज के लिए डॉक्टरों को प्रोत्साहित करना साथ ही दवाइयों के लिए बजट मे ज्यादा प्रावधान करना होगा।ताकि बिहार सी घटना दूसरे राज्यों मे ना हो।

Recently it is seen that deptt is very keen on initiating prosecution on each and every addition and that too even without waiting for the outcome of appeals.Board should instruct the officers to wait for the order of ITAT before giving show cause notice of prosecution

Kindly introduce 5% Tax on Agricultural Net Income exceeding Rs50Lakh per Hectre per Year. This is essential to segregate small farmers from Land-lords/ jamindaars, who try to evade Tax payment by showing income from other sources as agri income. It will make them declare & identify legal land ownership to IT & ED. It can do away Benami agricultural land transactions/spurious joint ownership of agricultural land.

Namastai Madam, Industry are struggling , who are generating employment, converting raw to finished product that relates to GDP but a investor traders are benefiting easily ,who don't create effective employment generation nor add value to product that relate to GDP. Industry have high risk of failure and losses. So, shall be guarded but are tagged with NPA and defualters under common clause. Bank shall finance Industry at lower rates and charge high for Business loans.

The place of supply for works contract should be the bill to address for B2B transactions. GST concessional rates should be made end used based without referring to nature of the transaction ie whether supply of goods or services, in relation to movable or immovable

The Board should be instructed to work as assessee friendly rather than spreading terror.Recent example in this regard is issuance of instructions to CIT(A) for giving bonus points on enhancement.This type of mindless and irrational approach should be condemned and the person responsible for this should be taken to task
