4. Please remove GST on insurance products purchased by individuals as these create a loss making proposition to buy an insurance product especially life insurance products considering annualised return is less than 6% only. This will increase savings as well as insurance penetration will increase.

Internationalisation of INR
As India moves forward in the 21st century we should take steps to internationalise the India Rupee and use it as currency for our trade transactions. Of the top 10 largest economies in the world all but two (India at 6 and Brazil at 9) have not internationalised their currency.
China started the internationalisation processed in 2004 and now CNY became the 7th most traded currency in the world.
I humbly request the Finance Minister to consider my suggestion.

1. Please introduce consolidated tax returns for a group of companies to avoid inefficiency and reduction of tax litigation similar to US concept.
2. Please remove the requirements of audit under companies act for private companies as there is dual audit requirements. Companies are already covered for audit under income taxes
3 please increase tax audit applicability threshold as current thrresold is paltry and is not in line with threshold should be for out size of economy.

Between 2005 and 2010, foreign direct investment in India's real estate and housing market jumped 80 times and it is widely acknowledged that this money could mostly be from India being routed back through shell companies set up in tax-havens like Mauritius

1.2 crore vacant homes– This one number tells us all that is wrong with Indian real estate

Respected Madam,
This suggestion is regarding Railways. Kindly make a provision to install dustbins inside all the bio toilets in all the coaches of trains since people throw plastic bottles, baby diapers, wrappers, sanitary napkins, etc. In the holes of bio toilets causing them to get choked and thus, these toilets become useless.

Hon'ble Finance Minister
Explanation to Section 80-QQB of the Income Tax Act disallowing deduction to Authors of commentaries which include legal commentaries is irrational and unfair. Writing legal commentaries requires stupendous effort and time. They play significant role in understanding of the law and in administration of justice, and are badly needed to further legislative intent of Parliament. Moreover, deduction limit of 3 lakhs determined in 2004 needs to be enhanced to Rs 10 lakhs.
